Something inside of me speaks the truth.
The truth of helping others as they have done for me.
In my times of trouble and despair, everyone from all walks of life came through.
What I saw happened was breathtaking.
The unity of family, friends, neighbors, and strangers alike rolled in.
A fabric of caring so surreal.
Open arms without conditions.
An offer of encouraging tears without pause.
The incredible love they showed for me, I cried with immense gratitude.
Goodness comes from people when you least expect it.
There truly is a calm when facing a storm.
Appreciate your village.
My mother always taught me to be selfless, never selfish.
A quality felt firsthand in my moments of duress.
Here I leave you… be kind, understanding, and feel others’ pain for heartfelt connectivity.
When someone is down and out, extend a hand beyond reach for the greatest purpose.
The purpose to support, inspire, and heal.
Adversity is real.
The art of mutual compassion will make our world wholesome and complete.
Forward and treasure it to the end of time.
